Support Cover

InfoCAP's standard Support agreement provides cover for Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30 UK time and excludes all UK holidays.

At present we have no plans to offer a service outside of these terms. However, if users of the products and services of InfoCAP Technologies feel that they are a critical component of their operation, then please outline the specific requirements and we will quote for the additional cover accordingly.
